Don Moffet, founder of Charm Kraft Industries, Inc., started his career in photography in the 1960s while working for his hometown newspaper in Shenandoah, Iowa. His passion for all things photographic lead him to start selling postcards and souvenirs. In 1974, Don, and his wife Alice, founded Charm Kraft Industries, Inc. (CKI). Sales included postcards, books, calendars, and gold and silver charms.
Their son, Buddy Moffet, joined the family team in 1989. In 1991, he put together an art department that was featured on the cover of MacWeek magazine. These days, Buddy is not only the President of Charm Kraft Industries, Inc., but he also heads sales, photography and product development.
Today, CKI’s products continue to be at the forefront of the industry, with merchandise being produced both domestically and overseas. The art department is nationally recognized with many years of experience in the field. The photographic department is available for local view, on site, food, and in-studio photography. To further meet the needs of our clients, fulfillment services have been added.
